Jenna Kaiser joined THOR in January 2000 and serves as the Operations Manager. She is responsible for client reporting and billing, account maintenance and managing the operations of the company. Although a native of Knoxville, Tennessee, she has called Cincinnati home since 1998. Prior to joining THOR, she served as a recruiter for several leading companies in the staffing and recruiting industry. She attended East Tennessee State University and is an avid sports fan. She and her husband, Tony, have three girls: Reagan, Adison, and Ellis. All three girls are involved in multiple sports in the Mariemont School District. Attending sporting events and activities keep Tony and Jenna busy. When there is free time, her family enjoys exploring the great City of Cincinnati and traveling to see family in Tennessee and Florida.
