The Rollercoaster Ride as a First-Time Homebuyer
There’s nothing quite like the experience of buying your first home. It’s exciting, overwhelming, empowering, and completely nerve-wracking. Whether you’re just starting to browse

Tony graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and began his career as a mechanical engineer and project manager. In 2018, he made the leap into the financial industry, joining Charles Schwab, where he earned his Series 7 and 66 licenses, and later achieved his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation in 2023. Tony has found true fulfillment in building relationships and helping clients work toward their financial goals.
He grew up in Minster, Ohio — a small community about an hour north of Dayton — and now lives in West Chester, Ohio with his wife, Kimberly, and their two children, Max (6) and Millie (5).
Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, hitting the golf course, and more recently, playing pickleball. He loves traveling and being outdoors with his family, especially during their annual trips to Bonita Springs, Florida, and Dale Hollow Lake in Tennessee.
