Why Invest In Emerging Markets – Especially Small Company Stocks

While many US investors are heavily invested in US stocks, its important to note that the United States only makes up 41% of the world’s stock market capitalization. 25% of the world’s market cap is made up of Emerging Market stocks and US investors are underinvested. Another trend we are seeing is small company emerging market stocks outperforming large company stocks. This is the opposite of what’s happening in the US.
