Andrew Molnar joined THOR in September 2012, beginning his career as an Investment Research Analyst. Over the last decade, his role has expanded significantly across the firm. Today, he serves as a key member of the Investment Committee and leads the New Business Development Committee. In addition to his leadership roles, Andrew is actively involved in trading and works closely with clients to build strong, lasting relationships.
Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton in 2012 with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship. It was during his studies that he developed a deep passion for understanding the mechanics of capital markets and what makes a business successful from the ground up. A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, Andrew is dedicated to continuous professional growth and is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) charterholder.
Outside of the office, Andrew resides in Terrace Park with his wife, Molly, and their two young children. Committed to serving his community, Andrew became a certified EMT upon moving to the area and actively volunteers with Terrace Park EMS. He cherishes time spent with his family and friends and stays active through tennis, running, and golf.
