About

P.J. Clark is part of the operations team at THOR, serving as a client service specialist and assists in HR duties. She facilitates new hires, company training/development, client on-boarding, transfer of assets, as well as many of the day-to-day functions of maintaining client accounts. She has been with THOR since 2004 but took a break from 2008-2009 to complete her BS degree in Psychology at Northern Kentucky University. Her passion for the ultimate client service experience, knowledge of the Schwab institutional platform and attention to detail make her a key player on THOR's operations team.

Prior to THOR, P.J. worked in the banking industry for almost a decade and received several awards for outstanding customer service. Originally from Bowling Green, Kentucky, P.J. relocated to Cincinnati in May 1995 where she met her husband Derrick and settled down on the east side. Derrick is a U.S. Coast Guard veteran who now works as the Campus and Exhibitions Coordinator for Salvagnini America. P.J. & Derrick have two adult children. Their daughter, Phenix, resides in Colorado and works in the hospitality industry while their son, Keegan, is working towards opening his own vintage clothing store “Ground-0 Collections”. The Clark’s currently have 3 dogs (1 foster) and look forward to the next chapter of being “empty nesters”.

Outside of THOR, P.J. is an avid dog lover who spends time volunteering, fostering and advocating for the Clermont County Animal Shelter. She also enjoys being part of the Ladies Ministry in her church and going on mission trips to the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota. As a family, the Clarks enjoy traveling, camping, hiking, boating and white-water rafting.
